FANS are dragged along the ground and kicked in the footage from Sunday’s gig which was attended by 35,000 in Glasgow.

SINGER Ellie Goulding pleads for calm among music fans after violence breaks out at Sunday’s Summer Sessions gig in Glasgow.

One shocking clip posted on Twitter shows a group of girls ******** in the middle of the crowd during the show at Bellahouston Park.

In another clip a girl appears to be dragged across the floor and kicked as things turn nasty.

When matters calm down, I Need Your Love singer Goulding is seen appealing for peace as she warms the crowd up for headliner Calvin Harris.

She says: “Will you guys look out for each other?

“No ******** okay? Peace.

“There’s no need for it.”

More than 35,000 revellers were at Sunday’s gig to see Goulding, John Newman and Dumfries DJ Calvin Harris.

Paisley’s Paolo Nutini headlined on Saturday supported by Grace Jones and Scots rockers The View.

Police Scotland said 38 arrests were made over the course of the weekend.
