“I wrote this whilst drinking rosé with a friend at the crib as part of my Thursday 4 Thursday’s series, which consists of me sourcing an instrumental, freestyling over it as a voicenote, then sending it over to my manager every Thursday. With the intention of just maintaining my growth and ability to express myself sonically.
Originally I found the beat on Soundcloud, messaged Rkigozi, expressed my love for his sound and craft, then recorded it as voice-note that i sent on to my manager Obi. He felt it so we got in the studio and laid down the vocals.” – Dylan Williams
