‘Deez Nuts’ Is Running For President

If you did, you may have noticed that Deez Nuts has been a trending topic. The reason? Well you might have to sit down for this one.

He is running for president. Yes.

The most recent polls were released (which has Donald Trump catching up Hilary Clinton on the polls 40%/38%), and an independent candidate is surprising getting some kind of momentum.

He goes by the name Deez Nuts. He’s reportedly polling at 9% in North Carolina, 8% in Minnesota and 7% in Iowa.

That means just as much support him as Senator Ted Cruz or even Jeb Bush.

America my people. America.

Update: The identity of Deez Nuts has been revealed. According to The Daily Beast, he is actually a 15-year-old from Iowa named Brady Olson.

He is a high school sophomore and decided to file some paperwork so that he could run for president. Of course he is entirely too young to run, disappointing the 9% of voters.
