Before He Was Famous, Conor Couldn’t Afford A $250 Walkout Song

“The Notorious” Conor McGregor will be stepping into the octagon at “UFC 205” ready to challenge Eddie Alvarez for his lightweight championship, hoping to become yet another fighter on the short list that have held two titles in two different weight classes. Win or lose, however, McGregor will have stood to make $40 Million in 2016 alone. It’s hard to believe that the man who parades into each press conference with multi-thousand dollar suits and designer sunglasses was once too poor to afford a proper walkout song.

McGregor had contacted Mikey Rukus, a music supervisor and producer, for a new walkout song and was introduced with a price of $250. It’s crazy to think that McGregor couldn’t even afford that price tag at one point, but Rukus revealed the proof below:
